Refineries, where fuel is manufactured from crude oil, cannot remove many poorly performing molecules to make a more ideal fuel. In addition, once fuel leaves the refinery or is stored it is subject to attack by oxygen, ozone, and microorganisms (bacteria, yeast, and mold) that grow in the fuel. All these processes degrade the fuel to make a poorer product that prevents boiler/furnace from performing at optimum levels.
F2020 Fuel Saver helps for the full burning of the fuel, it increases oxygen contents in the fuel medium. It emulsifies paraffin, asphalt and other heavy hydrocarbons, which are parts of the fuel and helps for their full burning out. All this leads to decrease emissions of nitric oxides, carbon oxides and unburned hydrocarbons.
Using F2020 Fuel Saver, viscosity of the fuel is lowered to where a significant lowering of the pre-heat temperature is possible.
The longer the F2020 Fuel Saver resides in the fuel, the better the results can be expected.

F2020 Fuel Saver is also used where the fuel burning is an open flame such as that found in the burner of a furnace/boiler. With F2020 Fuel Saver Treatment, there is almost complete combustion taking place right before your eyes. Here the flame can be observed to improve from a long, lazy, smoky-orange, dirty flame to a compact, vibrant and bright lemon yellow flame.

As there is complete combustion occurring, every last drop of the fuel oil is burned. This reduces smoke emission pollutions from the fuel and there is a minimal build-up of soot deposits. The heat-transfer surfaces become clean of deposits and the boiler is restored to a clean condition. This high efficiency operating condition is maintained with continuous use of F2020 Fuel Saver.
F2020 eliminated deposits on burner nozzles, resulting in obtaining a flame that is stable, hotter and properly directed.

Direction Of Usage
First Usage: Mix using dosing pumps with a ratio of 1:500 as a shock dosing treatment to expell carbon deposits faster and dissolve fuel sludge. For maximum efficiency of F2020 Fuel Saver, we highly recommend to inject F2020 Fuel Saver on any entry point which gives sufficient time of at least 12 hours to dissolve fuel impurities and increase fuel burning efficiency to improve combustion, so the toxic emissions released into the air shall be reduced with major savings in fuel consumption and equipment maintenance.

Subsequent usage: Using dosing pump apply on the fuel tanks with a recommended ration of 1:1000 as recommended normal dosage.
