For Diesel

F2020 Fuel Saver has been formulated with additional lubricity properties. It compensates for the quality variance of different fuels including bio-diesel and the deficiencies of today`s Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) for better engine operation. Low sulfur means lower lubricity, the property that controls wear in the fuel injectors and fuel pumps.

F2020 Fuel Saver increases cetane number of diesel fuel and reduces the ignition delay which result to an improved combustion and reduction in fuel consumption and emissions. Formulated to help prevents deposit build-up in all types of diesel engines.

Diesel fuel is a Newtonian fluid and as such has physical properties which work against preparation of a uniform air / fuel mixture.

Spraying from an injector nozzle contains an amount of superfine, vapor like droplets which ignite in advance of the main body of fuel and prior to complete spray droplet penetration and mixing. The outer edge of the injector spray cone shears into smaller droplets which loose momentum and have poor penetration into the pressurized gas in the cylinder. Droplets in the center area of the injector spray cone grow by collision and coalescence as they contact the slower moving droplets at the leading edge of the spray.

Product Benefits

F2020 Fuel Saver increases engine power, reduces combustion gas temperatures, reduces fuel consumption, reduces maintenance costs and reduces unburned hydro-carbon emissions and particulate matter. The benefits are derived from:

  • A more uniform distribution of droplet size across the section of the diesel spray cone
  • A reduction of the mean volume diameter of the diesel injector spray
  • A more even distribution of the fuel distributed across the section of the spray cone
  • The elimination of superfine satellite droplets which cause early ignition
  • An improved spray jet penetration
  • Reduced wall wetting

Direction Of Usage

  • Mix directly to fuel tank
  • Use regularly when you fill up
  • Ratio: 1:500

First usage

  • Mix 4ml for every liter of diesel (first 50 liters) to expel deposited carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber
  • Example: 50 liters = 200ml

Subsequent usage

  • Mix 2ml for every liter of diesel
  • Example: 50 liters = 100ml
