What is the technology behind F2020 Fuel Saver?

At the kiosk, pour in the recommended dosage from the bottle of F2020 Fuel Saver into your gas tank before or after filling up. The mixing reaction of fuel in your tank will adequately blend with F2020 Fuel Saver with the fuel homogeneously thus breaking all the molecules to equal atom in the fuel. To reduce evaporation in the fuel tank and oxidize the fuel by increasing the oxygen intake. Our product is alkaline-based whereby the fuel tank won’t be rusty. It mixes well with water thus it also helps to clean up “sticky components” that have deposited in the fuel pump. If your vehicle comes with a fuel injection system, then the re-circulation pump will continue to mix the enhancer with your fuel. If you happen to notice that your engine knocks with a lower grade of fuel even with F2020 Fuel Saver, switch back to a higher grade fuel.

What are the results of fuel system deposits?

F2020 Fuel Saver work as an “emission passer”. It is ideal for use prior to emissions inspections mostly for diesel, blended fuel and bunker-c engines. Unsurpassed Deposit Clean-up Port Fuel Injector deposits form after the engine has been shutdown and there is no gasoline flowing through the injectors. During this “hot soak” period, the injectors heat up and the gasoline remaining in the injectors degrades and form deposits. This can happen very quickly with the use of poor quality gasoline and short trip driving. Because the clearances within the injectors are extremely tight and injectors must deliver precise amounts of “atomized” fuel, even small amounts of deposits can cause injectors to malfunction. Why the Engine’s Piston worn out easily

Causes: With the abolishment of the leaded gasoline by our government, all the car on the road irrespective of models and years of manufactured have to depend entirely on the unleaded gasoline. However, there are certain models especially those manufactured prior to 1986 may find that the engine performance is greatly affected as their engine is more suitable with the usage of leaded gasoline. Servicing the fuel nozzle and fuel pump, it help to reduce the black smoke simultaneously and effective fuel transmission. Sufficient air flow into the engine will help to save on fuel which it helps to magnetize, oxidize and lubricate well in the engines. The ionizer also helps on fuel savings. Reducing combustion in the chamber will also reduces impact, elasticity of piston ring and leakage.

How does F2020 Fuel Saver effect spray patterns?

F2020 Fuel Saver makes droplet size distribution across an injector spray cone more uniform. Finally, F2020 Fuel Saver causes the mass of fuel to be more evenly distributed across the spray cone.

How does F2020 Fuel Saver decreases smoke and particulate emissions and reduce noise in diesel engines?

In diesel engines, during the compression stroke only air is compressed and it heats up above the self-ignition temperature of diesel fuel. Near the end of compression stroke, liquid fuel is injected as very fine droplets, where it mixes with hot air. After a brief period called “Ignition Delay”, the fuel-air mixture ignites causing a rapid rise in pressure and temperature. This is called “Premixed Burning Phase”, where the bulk of NOx emissions and noise are produced. The rest of the diesel fuel is burned in the “Diffusion Burning Phase” where the rate of burning is controlled by air-fuel mixing, time and temperature. Diesel soot (unburned carbon particles) is formed in this phase. Most of the soot that is formed is subsequently burned during the later portion of the expansion stroke.

F2020 Fuel Saver improves the Cetane number of diesel fuel, reduces the “Ignition Delay” period, shortens the “Premixed Burning Phase” and promotes complete combustion during the “Diffusion Burning Phase”. By reducing the ignition delay and the amount of fuel burned in the premixed burning phase, noise is reduced and slightly lower NOx emissions are formed. Early release of fuel energy in the diffusion burning phase results in higher temperature and its availability for longer duration of time for subsequent combustion. It helps in burning the soot and results in significant reduction in smoke and particulate emissions as well as improvements in engine performance and fuel economy.

XTRM POWER LUBE

Is F2020 XTRM Power Lube affects the oil viscosity?

F2020 XTRM Power Lube does not increase the viscosity of the engine oil, this is because normally most of the engine oil viscosity fall in the categories of either 0W-30, 0W-40, 0W-50, 5W-30, 5W-40, 5W-50, 10W-30, 10W-40, 10W-50, 15W-30, 15W-40, 15W-50, 20W-40, 20W-50, 20W-60, 25W-40, 25W-50 or 25W-60.

All the engine oil viscosity above when measured at 100 degrees Celsius are all more viscous than F2020 XTRM Power Lube. If you want to increase the viscosity of the engine oil, you have to use viscosity improver oil treatment.

What are pros & cons of increasing the viscosity of the engine oil?

The advantage is:

It will reduce consumption of the engine oil for long distance travel and also for engine already experiencing some wears.

The disadvantages are:

It will make the oil thicker resulting to engine oil heavier, engine will be more sluggish, less power pick up and will consume more fuel.
The oil treatment will form more sludge which will block up the oil ways or oil ducting in the engine.

We really don't recommend adding viscosity improver oil treatment because of the negative effects. We, therefore, advise that if the engine oil is burnt off or when engine oil level reduced, the best is to do either of these remedies:

Either overhaul or top overhaul, by changing the piston rings, but for worst scenario, better to change bearings or even repair pistons and cylinders if necessary.
If engine oil consumption or burnt off is not severe, we advise to use higher viscosity engine oil, such as either of these: 20W-50, 20W-60, 25W-50, or 25W-50.
