WHAT IS F2020 FUEL SAVER?

Additives have been used commercially in the world to enhance the performance of fuels or to solve deficiencies. As time passed, new enhancers appeared and old enhancers disappeared. A review of the technical literature and oil industry periodicals were undertaken to determine when an enhancer was introduced and by what company. F2020 Technology is a palm oil - based fuel enhancer which is formulated to restructure fuel molecules for greater efficiency during combustion. The restructuring increases the surface area of molecules and enables more oxygen to react with the fuel. As a result, there is a more efficient fuel burning. Excluding detergents, the pre and post market enhancers used today become effective by either inhibiting or catalazing chemical reactions. These enhancers affect the chemistry of combustion, while F2020 Technology operating on a macro level, affects only the droplet formation.

The active ingredient of F2020 Technology, a long chain polymer, resists rapid stretching. When F2020 Technology is mixed with the fuel, the polymer imparts a subtle form of stretch resistance on its fluid. This resistance or extensional viscosity traps light particles of fuel (those under 40 microns) to larger droplets. At the same time, this same property reduces the size of larger droplets. F2020 Technology narrows down the range of droplet size which fosters the formation of a more homogeneous mixture that will burn more efficiently and thus create less pollutant.

Currently the fuel in your engine does not burn completely (at approximately 90%), and gets worse as your engine gets older. This incomplete burn leaves (10% or more) unburned fuel or dangerous hydrocarbons in your engine and/or emitted in your exhaust. This is similar to what happens when a cigarette burns, the cigarette leaves ashes behind, and gives off dangerous smoke pollution. This unburned hydrocarbons result in wasted energy, a dirty engine, and the dangerous emissions that contribute to air pollution. F2020 FUEL SAVER FLUSHING OUT POWER

Because of the impurities of petroleum - based fuels, carbon deposits form along the surfaces of the combustion chamber, which will not burn at temperatures lower than 600 C. This becomes a problem because the surfaces of the combustion chamber stay cooler than 600 C, which means that these deposits will no t burn off by themselves. These deposits become the problem causing your fuel mileage to drop over the life of your vehicle. Deposits require higher octane or cetane fuels. The primary effect of automotive emissions causes motor oil to get dirty earlier than usual. They plug up fuel injectors, thereby causing a decline in overall engine performance.

F2020 Technology lowers the energy of activation of the rate determining step down to 200 C. This will allow the carbon deposit to burn off at temperature as low as 200 C rather than 600 C. F2020 Technology bonds to these impurities and deposits to allow a chemical reaction to occur at a temperature where it normally would not happen. This chemical reaction allows impurities to completely burn and deposits to flush out.

F2020 FUEL SAVER LUBRICATING POWER

The closer the piston to the Top Dead Center (on the combustion stroke), the higher the pressure and temperature and the greater the resulting detrimental forces on upper cylinder components. These areas receive the least l ubrication. This is the "Lubrication Gap" in all internal combustion engines.
Inadequate lubrication is brought about by a "lean run" of fuel, causing hot spots on the piston. This high temperature and lack of lubrication will cause the alloy of the piston to gall. This will lock the piston ring in the groove and render it ineffective causing engine failure progressively
During the compression pressure, a small amount of F2020 Fuel Saver special formula fills up the spaces between the piston, rings and cylinder wall. Therefore, piston and rings will move smoothly with minimal friction between them.

As F2020 Fuel Saver is added to fuel, there will be less oxidation, less carbon build - up and less friction. The end result will be more efficient combustion . F2020 FUEL SAVER SEALING POWER

Piston rings seal the cylinder so that the combustion gas generated at the time of ignition does not leak into the opening between the piston and the cylinder. When combustion gas leaks, the engine will not provide sufficient power and will consume more fuel. This is not desirable in terms of fuel economy and the environment.

Clearances between cylinder wall and piston must be filled, otherwise, compressed airfuel mixture or high pressure combustion gas will have the tendency to "blowby", that affects the viscosity of the lube oil and its performance.

Most engine manufacturers concentrate on the metal surfaces to reduce friction to improve performance, this concept has been tried for over 50 years. However, with F2020 Fuel Saver technology, the focus is not only the metal, but the molecules between metals that will contributeto its long-term use and protection.

F2020 Fuel Saver creates a surface conversion on the cylinder wall and piston that forms polymer complexes that converts the surface of metals.
